Hi, I want to share something that has been on my heart.
There is a reality being shown to us right now—through headlines, images, and constant updates—that many of us want no part of. The level of conflict and war happening across our planet is heartbreaking. As humans, we are capable of communication, compassion, and true peace… and yet what we are witnessing feels so far from that truth.
It can leave you feeling sad… angry… even dumbfounded.
I feel that too.
Because we do have everything we need to create world peace.
And yet, it’s clear that peace is not always the agenda of what many call “the powers that be.”
Which is exactly why—now more than ever—
You must become the power that is.
This is why we have to hold strong to our inner world.
Because your inner world creates your outer world.
And if we allow the outer world to dictate our inner state… we stay trapped in the very cycles we wish to end.
Right now, more than ever, we need to master our inner world.
This is something I walk myself through every single day.
There are moments I feel overwhelmed with sadness for what’s happening in the world. Moments where I question how we can still be here as a species, repeating cycles we are fully capable of transcending.
And in those moments, I come back to this:
Your inner world says…
Peace is evolving—even here. Don’t crumble in the space of the process.
Your inner world says…
Be the vibration you want reflected in the world.
Your inner world says…
You participate in the creation of world peace by living from peace and love.
And that begins closer than most people think.
It begins with how you are being… in your own body.
How well are you loving your body today?
Because where we place our focus determines where we are living from.
So today… place your focus on love.
On nourishment.
On presence.
On choosing your state—on purpose.
How good can you be to your body today?
Would you drink more pure, structured water?
Would you nourish yourself with greens—once, twice, even three times today? Maybe even a green juice… or spirulina, chlorella, or liquid chlorophyll.
Would you take a few minutes to prepare something simple and healing… like a fresh herbal tea? (Boiled rosemary and sage is one of my favorites—it’s deeply grounding with its earthy, bitter taste, and those natural bitters are so important for the body.)
Would you give yourself moments of stillness?
Just three times today… for five minutes.
Sit.
Breathe.
Feel.
What does your being feel like right now?
And more importantly…
How would you like to feel?
Do you want to feel empowered?
Feel it.
Do you want to feel free?
Feel it.
Do you want to feel healthy, vibrant, alive?
Feel it—on purpose.
Cultivate that state within you.
Return to it throughout your day as often as you remember.
Let every trigger that attempts to take your energy be the reminder to consciously focus your attention on how you want to feel. This creates energy.
Because your inner world is not separate from your lived experience…
Your inner world becomes your experience.
So today, my invitation is simple:
Find ways—small or significant—to love yourself more deeply.
Because every act of self-love… every moment of conscious presence… every choice to return to peace…
is part of the world you are helping to create.
With love,
